The Polo Tavern
The award-winning Polo Tavern is without a doubt Aiken's most popular watering hole. We feature live music every weekend and never charge a cover charge! The Polo Tavern was awarded”Best Bar” in 2009 and "Best Place for Live Music" in the Aiken Standard's Best of the Best for 2008 and 2009. In 2007, Augusta Magazine named the Polo Tavern as the "Hottest Spot During Polo Season."
Outside of the Polo Tavern’s back door is the Tiki Tavern, an outdoor patio bar. Come and savor the outdoor "Margaritaville" atmosphere while sipping on your favorite cocktail. The Tiki Tavern was awarded "Best New Bar" in Aiken in 2006 and "Best Bar" 2009 and 2010 by readers of Augusta Magazine.
Both bars are open 7 days a week. The Polo Tavern is open Monday-Saturday at 3:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. and at 4:00 p.m. on Sundays until 2:00 a.m. The Tiki Tavern opens at 5:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. daily, weather permitting.
Come out and join us during March for all the best "March Madness" action on our 22 foot High-Definition Projector screen behind the Tiki Tavern! All in Hi - Def..!!...We are told this is the largest screen in a commercial venue in the entire south-eastern United States..!!.....you have to see it to believe it....come and join us....( weather permitting..)..
